The Annual Dinner and Tall Tales Contest is always a popular and well attended social event that is enjoyed by all our members and their guests; this year carries on the tradition, taking place on Saturday 12 March from 7.00pm till 11.00pm.
For those members “new” to the club please feel free to either come on your own or bring a guest (or more than one) if you wish. The more the merrier!
The cost? Its Fantastic value at £22 (subsidised) per person which includes a ‘welcome’ glass of wine on arrival, followed by a 3-course dinner and coffee
.
Venue The Long Barn, Norden Farm, Maidenhead.
Our excellent after dinner entertainment will, as always, be the Tall Tales Contest when members wishing to take part will deliver a 3-5 minute highly improbable, original story with a twist in the tail. A glass bowl on a plinth will be taken home for a year by the winner.
